No Place Better to Live, Work and Play than in Midtown Toronto

Midtown Toronto neighbourhoods have been voted the best of the city in recent surveys.  The reasons why are clear:

Excellent Transportation

The LRT is being built and changes the whole dynamic of Toronto's transit system.  When built, it will take just 45 minutes to travel from Yonge and Eglinton to Pearson International Airport on the LRT.  It also connects to the Yonge-University subway line which connects you to downtown in 10 minutes.

Excellent Education

Some of the top private and public schools are located in Midtown.  Upper Canada College, Bishop Strachan, Havergal, North Toronto Collegiate and Northern Secondary are just a few options available to this area's residents.

Excellent Amenities

The Yonge Eglinton Centre is undergoing a transformation of aesthetic and content, offering up a new array of demand retail.  Beyond it's walls, high end retail mixes with trendy restaurants to meet anyone's needs.

This area also boasts a full service movie theatre, a renovated public library, the beautiful Kay Gardiner Beltline park, seasonal farmers markets, and much more.

Excellent Walkability

Midtown might have great accessibility to transit, but it is also extremely walkable.  You can stroll along the parks or ravine pathways, or right down Yonge Street to window shop.

Excellent Value

Investing in Midtown is excellent value, particularly now as this area continues to develop.  Though the area's freehold detached homes average over $1 million, there are great opportunities to be had within the new condo developments.
